The Erla Villa boutique hotel has created an adult-only experience in the form of a loyalty program for its returning guests, to express the deepest gratitude towards its valued returnee patrons.
The discounts for the loyalty program can only benefit our individual guests who fall under this category, subject to their online booking which is booked directly via the hotel website.
This Loyalty Program cannot be combined with other discounts or concessions, however our Retiree Discount Program and our Large Family Booking Program are both an exception to this condition.
This Loyalty Program discount can only be validated, if the individual made the booking personally through our online booking system or via our service.
Signing up to our Loyalty Program is free to each and every one of our customers, but it requires every individual guest to complete a personal application form. If we already have the guest's personal information on file from a previous booking, we will still need the individual to verify their information and we encourage everyone to update personal information when required.
Our Customer Loyalty Program can be utilised by domestic and international guests also.

To use this service, a new booking reservation is required under the card holders full name. These discounts can only be redeemed strictly by the hotel's VIP Loyalty Program members, who have booked their stay and have booked our hotel services (e.g.: accommodation services)
When settling your hotel account, the VIP card must be presented and shown at reception. Presentation of a photo copy of your VIP card on any phone device will not be valid and it will not be accepted. When booking accommodation or any of our hotel services the VIP card must only be used by the individual who is the holder of the card and has their application tied to the serial number of the VIP card. Another condition for use is that the cardholder is present at the time of the redemption of these discounts.
Our guests can only redeem these discounts listed in the Customer Loyalty Program if they book a minimum stay of 2 nights in our hotel.
If our guests have booked multiple style suites within their booking, the Customer Loyalty Program discount applies to all suites within that booking.
In the case of lost, destroyed or stolen VIP cards, the customer must indicate this at the time of booking so that the hotel can arrange a replacement VIP card. Without notifying the Hotel beforehand, prior to booking, special discounts must be overseen and will only be approved by the Hotel Manager.
When signing up for our Customer Loyalty Program, the individual owner of the VIP Card: must acknowledge that in the case of damage to hotel property or misconduct on the hotel premises will result in repercussions and the VIP card holder will be held accountable. Identification of the individual will be based on the information which is logged in our system including the showing and presentation of their personal information-card and their address-card, in the case of an incident occurring. If the customers VIP card cannot be identified, we will not be able to provide the affirmation of the discounts stated under our Customer Loyalty Program. The hotel will not be liable for any damages resulting from loss, destruction or theft.
