Good to know before booking


General information


  • Please consider that our hotel only welcomes guests over the age of 14, this way we do not accomodate younger children. Not taking notice of the age limit does not oblige our hotel to fulfill the reservation and you cannot claim compensation.
  • Our hotel is bound to provide accomodation for the number of guests and rooms according to the reservation. Having more guests upon arrival our hotel can only ensure accomodation depending on its vacancy at a current room price if paid on the spot.
  • Unforunately we cannot offer any discount for children since our prices were calculated without reference to age. Otherwise, our prevailing prices stated on our website or other prices published by a third party and general discounts apply to our guests over the age of 14.
  • Guests under the age of 18 cannot stay in our hotel without supervision.
  • Unless it is stated otherwise for single occupancy we charge 75% of the current price of rooms and packages. This kind of accomodation is only possible in the undermentioned rooms: Art Deco, Elegance, Oriental, Panorama and Baroque.


Prices and payment information


  • Our prices include VAT
  • Our prices do not include the tourist tax whish is 450 HUF/person/night in 2018 and must be only paid over the age of 18.
  • We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa
  • Our hotel also accepts SZÉP Card ( OTP, K&H, MKB ), you may settle your account with these, too.


Catering and half board


  • Restaurant opening hours : 08:00 am – 22:00 pm
  • Abundant buffet breakfast: 08:00-11:00 am
  • A’la carte lunch: 12:00-15:00 pm
  • Half board gourmet dinner: 07:00-10:00 pm
  • Our daily prices and packages include the cost of half board ( hearty breakfast and a 3-course gourmet dinner )
  • The 3-course gourmet dinner included in our daily prices and packages can be exchanged for dinner or can be extended for 5 courses for an additional 5000 HUF
  • We kindly ask you to notify our Receptionists in case you would like to extend your gourmet dinner for 5 courses.
  • The Erla Villa half board dinner is not an ordinary buffet meal but a true gourmet dinner (or lunch). Our guests may always choose from between two 3-course menus. The menu should be chosen directly before the meal.
  • Please inform us one week prior to arrival of your special needs or food allergies. Otherwise we can only rarely ensure you the required meals.
  • It is also possible to eat a’la carte in our restaurant.
  • In case of early departure we are ready to pack you breakfast if needed. We kindly ask you to notify our Receptionist of such a request.


Smoking and accessibility


  • All our rooms, terraces and public places are non-smoking. Our smoking guests may only pursue their passion in designated areas. Please inform at Reception.
  • All floors of the hotel can be approached by lift.
  • There aren’t any disabled rooms, certain parts of the hotel cannot be approached by wheelchair.


Parking and housing pets


  • Our hotel is not suitable for pets – thank you for your understanding.
  • There is a car park in the closed yard of our hotel big enough for 10 cars. In lack of space, we can offer parking outside the hotel.
  • Unfortunately it is not possible to reserve our inside parking spaces beforhand.


Arrival – departure


  • The rooms can be occupied between 14:00-20:00 on the day of arrival and are available until 11:00 on the day of departure. Please notify us if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later.
  • Please inform our Receptionist in case you intent to leave early. Thank you.


Terms of reservation and payment


  • Our hotel requires a written or on-line reservation in all cases.
  • We do not take telephone reservations in Erla Villa.
  • We give 5% discount on the daily price of the room or package when booked on-line or on our website.


The reservation can be confirmed in the following ways:


  • In order to confirm the reservation our guests are kindly requested, in all cases, to transfer a 50%  advance payment.
  • In case you book 48 hours prior to arrival, we will need a credit card guarantee instead of the 50% advance payment.


Cancellation policy:


  • free of charge 7 days prior to arrival,
  • 50% 6-2 days prior to arrival,
  • 100% within 48 hours prior to arrival or in case of no show


Any booking cancellations must be notified to us in writing.
